Rental Requirements

• No prior (past five years) or current evictions. Any evictions beyond 5 years must have the balance paid in full. 

• Proof of income required.  Monthly rent can be no more than 33% of combined monthly income.

• Landlord reference check and employment status check.

• Every person age 18 or older looking to live in unit must apply.

• $30 non-refundable credit and background check fee for each application submitted.

• Credit score must be a minimum of 600 and shows that a majority of the bills are paid on time.

Pet Requirements & Fees​

• Pet must be a member of the household for at least 9 months.  Fully potty trained and well behaved.

• Maximum 2 pets per household.  

• Dog rent = 1 time $299 pet fee + $49/month.  

• Cat rent = 1 time $199 pet fee + $29/month.

• Pet application to be completed.
